Week of October 17th
Parents,
Sorry about not sending home guided reading books today, but it was crazy. We had story time with Mrs. Boor, Spelling test, Pumpkin sink or float and finally Robertson Round-up. So they will get new books this next week. Continue to read and you can write it down on their form next week.
Spelling Words: at, it, they, to, you
Language Arts/writing: We are still working on inferring in our reading. We will be introducing Adjectives in our writing.
Science: We will be learning about heating and cooling in different materials. We will be making ice-cream in plastic baggies either Thursday or Friday.
***If anyone has an allergy to milk, could you let me know ASAP
We will go to Library this Friday so don’t forget your books. Due to the book fair we have been unable to go for the past 2 weeks.
I think that is it for this week! Just let me know if you need anything.
Have a great weekend!
